REFUNDS & RETRUNS POLICY

Overview

 

STANDARD RETURN POLICY:

 

RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 3 DAYS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY (Original Shipping Costs are non-refundable)

 

When making a return, merchandise must be shipped with tracking at the customer’s expense within 3 days of receipt.  Please email Customer Care at info@colescontourcollections.com with the details of your return and provide the necessary tracking information for your return.  Any returns shipped back without providing details and tracking information to Customer Care are subject to rejection and/or store credit forfeited.  Special Clause, if merchandise is too small or too large, there is no guarantee the merchandise would be swapped for the same item.

 

ALL RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. 

All returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 

Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached. 

Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

The following merchandise is non-returnable: sale products, swimsuits, bodysuits, and accessories.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, pet hair, free of stains, and smoke.

 

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping fees incurred for the return of any merchandise to Cole’s Contour Collections.

 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Cole’s Contour Collections carefully inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or damage, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition or meet our standards store credit will not be issued.

 

Please note:

 

All sale items are final sale.

No exchanges on final sale items.

No returns/exchanges on International orders to include military FPO/AP addresses.

 

*** Please enclose a note with your full name, email address, and order number when returning merchandise to ensure we can issue your store credit accordingly.  Store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card sent via email. ***
